Treatment costs after a traffic accident
Overview
If someone else caused your injury, for example in a traffic accident or an assault, the offender normally pays the medical costs. When the offender cannot pay or compensation takes time, you can notify the National Health Insurance Benefits section and be treated under National Health Insurance for now. The insurance pays the costs first and then claims them back from the offender. You must notify the ward. The forms are attached to this page.
