Overview

How to join Itabashi's national health insurance when your situation changes, for example after leaving a workplace health insurance, moving in from another city, a birth in the household, or the end of public assistance. The notice is due within 14 days of the change, and a late notice can mean paying premiums backwards. Notices can be made at the counter, online through My Number Portal, or by mail.
