Reduction carried over from another city
Overview
If you had the premium reduction for leaving a job for an unavoidable reason in your previous municipality, you must apply again in Itabashi to keep it. The reduction applies from the day after you left the job to the end of the following fiscal year. You can file at the ward office, at a district office, or by mail. Bring the documents listed. A proxy filing for you needs a power of attorney.
