My wardsReimbursement when you paid the full cost first
Overview
You can claim back the insured part from the ward when you paid the full cost first, for example for an illness or injury while travelling, treatment when your insurance could not be checked, or a massage, acupuncture or orthosis approved by a doctor. Claims for care abroad and for costs under a previous insurance are also possible. Claims go to the benefits section and must be made within two years of payment, with original receipts.
