National Health Insurance after moving out to study or live in a facility
Overview
Students, and people who move to a childcare or care facility outside the ward, can stay in Itabashi's National Health Insurance if they meet the conditions. They must file a notification and bring the documents listed for their case. Notify again when the address, school, student period or facility changes. A proxy needs a power of attorney.
