Stop the deduction from your pension
Overview
If your national health insurance premium is taken from your pension (special collection), you can ask to stop this deduction. Once the request is made, you can pay by bank transfer (kōza furikae) instead. The page links to two pages: one on paying premiums by bank transfer, and one on collection from the pension.
