Overview
Consultations for foreign residents on daily life and the ward's services, given in person or by phone. English is available on weekdays, and Chinese on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Video or phone interpreting covers more languages. Consultations take place at the Citizens' Consultation Room of Setagaya Sogo Shisho, West Building of the ward office, 1st floor, counter 103. Telephone 03-5432-2892 is the number for this service. Please use public transport to reach the ward office where possible.
Who gives the consultation
Consultations are given by foreign-resident consultants engaged by the ward. They cover daily life and administrative matters, and also provide information.
