Can someone else handle my health insurance procedures?
Overview
Health insurance procedures are normally filed by the household head or a member of the same household. Someone from another household who comes to the office needs a power of attorney. The person giving the power must sign it in their own handwriting and stamp it. If they cannot write their own name, they should ask the office first. The National Health Insurance Eligibility Section is the contact.
