Community collection groups
Overview
Residents' groups of at least 10 households, such as neighbourhood associations and condominium management associations, can collect paper, cloth and cans for recycling, and the ward pays a reward based on the amount collected. A group registers with the Resource Circulation Promotion Section before it starts, and must follow the rules on collection points and on who may collect. Business waste cannot be collected.
