Lower back and stiff shoulder class, and health measurement (Todoroki)

Overview

Four Thursday classes on preventing lower back pain and stiff shoulders, on 15 and 22 and 29 October and 5 November, 13:30 to 15:30, plus a health measurement on 1 October that checks strength and body composition. Only residents of the Todoroki district may take part, and the class needs all four sessions. Applications closed on 4 September. Class fee 200 yen, measurement fee 50 yen.
