Reduction or waiver of the medical cost share
Overview
If a disaster, job loss or another special reason makes it temporarily hard to pay your share of medical costs, the ward may reduce or waive it. The usual case is a hospital stay of up to three months. Apply before admission, or during admission if the reason is urgent. The ward decides according to your situation, so contact the benefits section first.
