My wardsMedical cost notice for National Health Insurance
Overview
Once a year the ward sends a medical cost notice to the household head, showing the medical costs of insured members for the period covered by that year's notice. Costs that insurance did not cover, bills sent late, and treatment in the last two months of the year are not included, so keep receipts for tax returns. My Number Portal also shows medical cost information. If you do not recognise a treatment on the notice, call the benefits section, not the clinic.
