Home health consultation for repeated visits or medicines

Overview

The ward offers free home health consultations to National Health Insurance members who see several clinics for the same illness, visit the same clinic on 8 or more days a month, or receive the same type of medicine for more than 60 days in total. An outside contractor calls you first to arrange a visit. A nurse, a public health nurse or a pharmacist talks with you about your visits, medicines and daily habits and gives advice; an online consultation is also possible. The consultation is free, but treatment at a clinic is paid as usual.
