Overview

Free frailty check sessions for residents aged 50 and over who do not have long-term care certification. Frailty is the stage between good health and needing care, and early action can slow it or bring health back. Each session runs from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and includes a lecture on frailty prevention, a short questionnaire, and measurements of muscle mass in the arms and legs and of calf size. Frailty supporters, who are resident volunteers, run the sessions. Applications for these dates closed on 21 October 2026. Each session takes 20 people, chosen by lottery.
