My wardsHome crime-prevention check
Overview
Safety patrol officers, former Metropolitan Police officers working for the ward, visit homes at residents' request to advise on crime prevention suited to each home. Two officers come in a blue crime-prevention patrol car, wearing uniform and name badges. The check is free. The officers look at the outside of the home first and enter only with the resident's consent. A flyer describing the check is available on the page.
