  • Foreign residents

Overview

This guide is for foreign residents with a My Number Card. It explains two services: getting certificates such as the resident record at a convenience store with the card, and changing the card's validity period when the stay period of a mid- to long-term resident changes. Guides in English, Chinese and Korean are attached. Questions go to the My Number call centre.
