Six secondary emergency hospitals provide internal medicine and surgery, and Kyorin University School of Medicine Suginami Hospital also provides pediatrics. Two other hospitals are listed as well: Josai Hospital and New Heart Watanabe International Hospital. Two former emergency hospitals no longer provide emergency care: Miyamae Hospital since 31 March 2025 and Kiyokawa Hospital since 31 March 2026.
