Paper theft: how to recognise official collection and prevent it

Overview

Paper is often taken illegally, by vehicle, at any time of day across the ward. Official collection trucks carry a magnet sign saying Itabashi resource collection in progress; group collection trucks carry their group's sign. To show that your paper is for recycling, bundle it with a prevention flyer from the attached files: one for official collection, one for group collection. If you see a suspicious vehicle, note what you safely can and tell the ward.
