Newspaper collection bags against theft
Overview
Itabashi Ward hands out its own newspaper collection bags, to make it harder for people to take recyclables from collection points. Fill the bag with as much newspaper as possible, tie it with string, and put it out by 8:00 a.m. on your resource collection day or group collection day. You can take up to six bags each visit. Pick them up at the Resource Circulation Promotion Section or at the Itabashi East or West Cleaning Office.
