Itabashi Unified Home Evacuation Test

Overview

A 25-question test on home evacuation for seven days after a major earthquake, to check what you need at home. It runs from 3 to 30 November 2026. Take it online with a LoGo form, or on paper at a test room at the Itabashi Disaster Prevention Fair on 3 November, or at the ward office north building on weekdays from 24 to 30 November (not weekends or holidays). Registration in advance is not required. Taking the test lets you enter an optional prize draw, with 30 home evacuation kits for residents, workers and students of Itabashi.

How to apply

1. Take the 25-question test online with the LoGo form, or on paper at a test room.
2. Optionally, enter the prize draw after taking the test.

Anyone who wants to check their home evacuation readiness; the prize draw is for Itabashi residents, workers and students
