Overview
Itabashi ward is asking residents, workers, students and groups for ideas that help more people join neighbourhood associations (chōkai). A proposal can be an event, a publicity idea or a new way of working together, for the whole ward or for one area. Applying is free. The call runs from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027. The grand prize is Itabashi Pay points worth 10,000 yen. Proposals can be sent online, by post or handed in at the ward office counter.
