Food loss recipe contest (recruitment closed)

Overview

The Itabashi recipe contest asked residents, workers and students to create original recipes that reduce food loss, using leftovers, surplus ingredients or parts usually thrown away. Each entry needed a photo of the dish. Recruitment for the current contest has closed. The page gives the judging criteria, the prizes in Itabashi Pay points and the contact. The leaflet and entry rules are attached.
