For households where it is hard to take rubbish to a collection point, the ward collects from the doorstep. Eligible are households of only people aged 65 or over, all certified as needing long-term care or support, and households of only people with a disability certificate. A mix of both groups, and people living alone, can also apply. Applications are sent by post with the form to the cleaning office for your area.
