Overview

Itabashi ward sends a notice to long-term care service users that lists the care services they used in August and September 2026, so that care benefits can be checked. The notice is sent only to people who apply. Apply on the LoGo form linked on the page between 1 November 2026 and 31 January 2027. The notice is planned to be mailed in late February 2027, to the address on your resident record, unless you asked the ward to send it elsewhere.
